Warranty
Every LIPA machine is built to last and is covered by a warranty against conformity defects.
Duration and coverage
LIPA machines are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for 24 months from the delivery date for consumer customers and 12 months for professional customers, unless otherwise agreed by contract. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects found under use compliant with the instructions.
What is not covered
The warranty excludes: normal wear of consumable parts (tools, hammers, blades, belts, bearings), damage from improper use, overloading, lack of maintenance, unauthorised modifications, use of non-original spare parts or work carried out by unauthorised personnel.
How to claim
For warranty claims, contact your LIPA distributor or write to info@lipa-srl.it stating the model, serial number and purchase date, attaching a description of the problem and any photographic documentation.

Always use original LIPA spare parts to preserve performance, safety and warranty validity. Our distributor network ensures spare parts and technical support in Italy and abroad.
